Step 1: Explore

Your first engagement with the PERCEPTIVA experts is through an Explore workshop. Your organization’s stakeholders, from line of business and IT departments, come together with PERCEPTIVA experts for a one-day session to explore opportunities for innovation.

PERCEPTIVA Design Thinking is an essential part of that first step. The workshop focuses on the business problems, and those that are also resulting in end-user problems. When experts and design thinkers work together, the seeds of innovation begin to sprout.

During the Explore workshop, we will evaluate existing PERCEPTIVA use cases and accelerators to see if there is a solid solution to jump-start your process; if not, we will create a new option specific to your needs.


Step 2: Discover

While new systems of intelligence are emerging through embedded technologies such as analytics, Big Data, blockchain, data intelligence, machine learning, and IoT. These data-driven systems can only enable digital transformation and new business models if they are designed to answer special business challenges.

Because of that, one of the fundamental tenants of PERCEPTIVA Innovation Services is user empathy. Step 3: Design and Prototype

The next Design Reviews, Design Gate 1 and 2, happen after prototyping and delivery. They ensure adherence to design guidelines, as well as resolution of the end-user needs.


Step 4: Deliver

Otherwise, a new use case will be created, and then you can follow either the open innovation or enterprise edition.
